Equipment Tracking

After downloading, double click Equipment_Tracking.zip (requires unzipping utility) to extract the excel file(s).

 

features:

- Equipment Tracking represents one workbook per Department.

- It sums the 'Purchase price' and the 'Estimated current value' fields for all equipments, to estimate the difference.

- The 'Maintenance Date' field is used for the last maintenance.

- The 'Maintenance Expense' field is used for adding the periodical expenses. (you must add it manually in the same cell)

- You can add the 'Maintenance Expense' to the 'Purchase price' and compare it with the 'Estimated current value'.

- You can make some decisions by knowing the 'Maintenance Expense' when it exceeds the 'Purchase price' or the 'Estimated current value'.

- The spreadsheets are unprotected, so you can edit cells and customize sheets.

- Free template and workbook.

For print version:

• select the whole sheet.
• set the 'fill color' to 'no fill' .
• resize columns.
• click 'file > print preview > setup > page tab > landscape orientation > OK' .
