Weekly Time Sheet

After downloading, double click Weekly_TimeSheet.zip (requires unzipping utility) to extract the excel file(s).

- It is provided with 'Absence Cause' and 'Accepted Cause' analysis to get the difference between the actual total hours and the accepted total hours.

- The verification cell below the 'Absence' list is to verify this analysis.

- The 'DATA' Sheet is to customize the causes.

- The imbedded calendar is used to compute the Week ending.

- The spreadsheets are unprotected, so you can edit cells and customize sheets.

For print version:

• select the whole sheet.
• set the 'fill color' to 'no fill' .
• click 'file > print preview > setup > page tab > landscape orientation > OK' .
